Treatment
Sessions organically unfold and depending on the needs of my client, I will draw from an array of healing modalities that you can read about here.

Depth Psychology
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."- Carl Jung
Ever wonder why you do the things you do, or why certain patterns keep repeating in your life? Psychodynamic or "depth" psychology offers insights into the deeper layers of your mind. Take the example of an iceburg- the top part is what others see and may even be how we see ourselves. But the bulk of iceburg lies beneath the surface, and to go with the analogy, carries unconscious motivations, beliefs, and imagery that impacts the way we think and feel. Through therapy, we'll explore your past experiences, relationships, and unconscious processes to better understand what may be contributing to a sense of dis-ease in life. With more clarity, insight, and agency, you can better pursue the life you desire from a place of integration. The aim is to work *with the grain* of your life rather than against!

EMDR and Brainspotting
EMDR, developed by Francine Shapiro, and Brainspotting, developed by her pupil David Grand are two excellent therapies that rely on particular movements to help process memories, topics, and patterns that clients want to heal. What makes these treatments stand out from the more "talk-therapy" approaches is the fact that they work on levels of the brain that carry distress without the need to speak. I gently prompt your own innate capacity to process pain and reconnect with peace and courage.

Somatic Psychotherapy
We can talk about feelings and thoughts all day, but will it move the needle on how you *feel* when you leave the office? This is where Somatic Psychotherapy comes in. Through gentle attention, we can delve into the information stored in your body, addressing not only the thoughts and feelings you experience but also the physical sensations and patterns. Through attuning to physical cues in your body, we can help you unlock deep-seated holding patterns and "stuck" emotions to release tension and cultivate resilience. I am Level 1 trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and incorporate Somatic Experiencing techniques into sessions.

IFS/Parts Work
Have you ever felt like different parts of you are pulling in different directions? That's where parts work comes in. You might think of parts as inner characters. Many are familiar with the idea of an "inner child", but there are plenty of other parts to us that assist in the running of our lives. These parts may be inherent to our personality, others arise in response to overwhelming circumstances. By attending to these parts of you that house feelings, we can better understand how they influence your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Simultaneously, we work to develop a sense of Self that is calm, compassionate, and curious to provide a sense of grounding. Through parts work, we help to learn and harmonize your inner system and develop the skills to continue this work on your own.
Hypnotherapy
The subconscious mind impacts life in ways that both serve and inhibit us. When clients face persisting blocks in their life, be it in relationship with others, in habits they want to break, or even in therapy where they've turned over every stone verbally but can't quite make the connection or release something long forgotten, hypnotherapy provides a way in! I am certified in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, which is a far cry from stage-hypnosis. You will likely remember much of the session but will be guided into a deeply relaxed state, allowing for images, memories, and emotions to rise to the surface, for a shift to take place if necessary, and for the choosing of behaviors that align with the life you want to live. Hypnotherapy has broad applications for all manner of problems. I provide clear information and an environment of safety to help you delve into your mind and find the gold.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a unique and powerful way to work through patterns that may feel deeply stuck — whether in how you relate to yourself, others, or the world. In this approach, oral ketamine is taken in a safe and supportive therapeutic setting, not as a standalone treatment, but as a part of a process that includes preparation, exploration, and integration.
Ketamine can open access to parts of the self that may have been hard to reach through talk therapy alone. In these expanded states, many people experience emotional insight, a sense of possibility, or a shift in how they understand themselves — sometimes gently, sometimes intensely. The process can bring clarity, relief, and at times, challenge — which is why therapeutic support and integration are essential.
As a certified KAP provider, in collaboration with an adept medical team, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can move at your own pace. I’m especially attuned to how we carry our stories not just in our minds, but in our bodies and relationships. KAP can support a gradual unwinding of those stories — helping you reconnect to what feels true, alive, and possible.
Couples Counseling
Relationships have a way of bringing out both the best and the worst in us. They can be a source of deep love, joy, and connection—but also of frustration, loneliness, and misunderstanding. In therapy, I provide a supportive space where both partners can express what has been difficult to say or has gone unheard.

Trained in the Gottman approach and guided by an attachment-based perspective, I help couples clarify their longings, communicate with greater understanding, and take concrete steps to strengthen their connection. My approach is collaborative and practical, focusing on improving emotional intimacy, trust, and resilience.

I work best with couples who are committed to improving their relationship and want to find a way forward together. If you and your partner are ready to reconnect and build a stronger bond, I’d love to help.
